Alutrend Passive Classic is engineered from the ground up for passive house construction, built on the PHI-certified Gemini Passiv platform. A 124 mm frame width with 30 mm foamed polystyrene insulation (0.043 W/mK), Swisspacer Ultimate warm-edge spacers, and triple glazing with Ug down to 0.52 deliver a certified Uw of 0.61-0.76. The Ultra variant uses DOWSIL 3364 warm-edge sealant and is certified for cold climates. Welded corners with invisible weld technology, widened main gasket plus PE cord plus additional middle seal, and spruce/fir timber at 0.11 W/mK conductivity - every detail eliminates thermal bridges.
